**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and research. You will work with a diverse client population and contribute to their mental health and overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including interviews, observations, and standardized tests to evaluate clients’ cognitive, emotional, and social functioning.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results and individual client needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of client sessions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Stay current with research and developments in psychology to enhance therapeutic practices.
- Conduct workshops and outreach programs to educate the community about mental health issues.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to interns or junior staff as needed.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted psychologist license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical psychology (preferably in a hospital or private practice).
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Specialty certification in an area of psychology (e.g., clinical psychology, counseling psychology, neuropsychology).
- Experience in research or academic settings.
